We slow-dry organic fruit, vegetables and herbs the way farm kitchens always have — no preservatives, no added sugar, no shortcuts. Just the harvest, held a little longer.
Launching first in South India · small batches, packed weekly
Every batch follows the same order — nothing is rushed, and nothing skips a step.
Picked ripe from certified organic farms and moved to the drying yard the same day.
Hand-washed and sorted by hand. Bruised or under-ripe pieces are set aside, not dried.
Dried below 45°C, by sun or low-heat dehydrator, to hold onto fibre, minerals and colour.
Sealed the same day in light-blocking pouches — no gas flushing, no additives, no filler.
Each item is dried on its own schedule, at its own temperature — a fig and a curry leaf don't dry the same way.
